They lie about trying to get hold of you so they can postpone delivery!

This service is becoming horrible by the day. I've been a customer for years and of late the delivery team is just terrible. For the second time they cancel delivery with the famous "we tried to get hold of you, but could not, so reschedule". This is despite having my phone on me all day, and being at home ALL day due to them sending an SMS about delivery TODAY. I paid for the service and now I must find another alternative for another day when the schedule was for today. Here's the kicker, the last time they did this, the driver got here and said, I looked at the item and it was so big and I though "Nah," not today. Maybe I will deliver this one tomorrow. What ******* is that?
