THEY KEEPING MY PARCEL FOR UNKNOWN REASONS

I would like to share my bad experience with Takealot.com. A friend of mine placed an order for me which was supposed to be delivered last week. They kept sending me messages that I'm gonna be receiving my parcel but nothing.

Mind you, I have been cancelling on my plans thinking they gonna come but they never! Some guy called me Friday asking about the directions,I told him I'm not gonna be around. He can come on Monday cause I've been putting my plans on hold because of them. Now when they decide to come I must cancel again, no that's not fair.. funny enough,they don't even call to keep me updated about this whole thing. And even today they didn't come,so I really don't know what is going on with them, honestly.
