They just stopped responding to my messages!

Takealot did not refund me or reimburseme me for the item I did not receive! ?

I ordered 3 boxes of noodles last week and takealot only delivered 2. I tried to call them however after waiting 20 minutes I still couldn’t get through. So I lodged a return as this is the easiest way to speak to them, after the consultant Tokozani found out this was not a return he stopped responding to my messages.

I am shocked and appalled!
