They don't even deserves 1 Star

Not me having to address *********** and poor service from Takealot. I bought 11 Ceiling fans for R8779 and to my surprise a small box with 4 pieces of cleaning cloths was delivered to me. I have written emails to Takelot team regarding this matter but all their agent allocated to help me, Delmare', Rabia and Jainap have not helped me to get my refund back. They sent message that my refund is in my account, when I check R798 is refund not R8779 and when I ask Rabia told is telling me about she will escalate to their warehouse. More than 48 hours I still don't have my full refund, I will never again do business with Takealot..Amazon will be my next beat alternative from now on.
