They Don't deliver

The always postpone to deliver my parcel and they say insufficient adress details and they said a driver will call me the drivers don't call instead they reschedule the delivery I have a week waiting for a parcel. I was suppost to be in Polokwane I can't go because of a small order made with this ****** company
