They Don't Care.

I bought an alarm battery from them just over a year ago, they told me that the battery lasts 20 hours, but when I started using it, it would go dead after 3 hours, come just over a year, the battery doesnt even last 3 minutes, yet I have sent emails every month to find out if they will replace it or what to do, 5 months later & 100s of emails with no feed back.
