They Don't Care

Thier return department is a disgrace, which is very strange for a company that had such high customer values. I logged a return for a faulty item, they promised to collect the next day, nothing happened, waited till Wednesday & sent a message to customer department & was promised Thursday, then Friday & still waiting. What is going on with takealot lately, they used to be a 5 star company.
