They don't live up to there logo

<p>we order night lights for the kids but when we received it one was broken I phoned and they said to return the goods in the same way we received it we returned both lights in the same box but one went missing from pick up and warehouse even though we sent it back it is know my problem to prove that we sent both back and we only got refunded for one item. For me it is not about the money but the service we received I've been struggling since October with this but they are not getting back to either. We re not happy till your happy!</p>
