They doesnt take Me serious.

Polokwane Takealot, they doesnt want to deliver my parcel, the lady who use this number *** told me to come to their facilities to collect the parcel or to email the head office, she told me that they doesnt have a big car to carry my parcel, they got small cars. on the system they says my address is inccorect or the parcel is delivererd to a wrong facilities, my order number is #***, i have been waiting for this order for the past 3days, on top of that i am upsent for three days at work. the address is correct, is not the first time they deliver the parcel to that address on the system, kindly assist, because from their facilities to my place is lessthan 20 minutes
