They do not want to refund me for their bad quality goods

<p>I bought Bluetooth Earphones from Takealot in mid January 2017 and first delivery was faulty, the bluetooth function was not working, i had to return them and get a replacement, Its March now and both headfones are damaged due to the bad quality, i have to put elastic band to be able to use them.</p> <p>i returned them an dthis time around i want my money back, i am tired of returning their goods, but they telling me that they wont refund me because the good is damaged, YES OF COS IT IS that is why i returned it.</p> <p>i trusted Takealot so much now i regret ever buying anything through them.</p>
