THEY DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS VERY SERIOUS

*They do not take customer complaints seriously* I bought a pack of SAICA HANDBOOK VOLUME 1 2019/2020 which includes 5 books in a pack. I only received one book (C1) of the Pack. I requested a change of book or refund and they scheduled to collect the incorrect order and replace it. But they did not collect the book and I complained again, they re-scheduled and still did not collect and now they re-scheduled again after I complained for the third time. I am really tired and need my money back so that I can buy somewhere. The pack f Books costed R985 for 5 books included, But I only received 1 book in a pack and for the same amount. Surely I can buy where I can get the whole pack for this amount. This disgusting service.
