They do not care about their clients!

Terrible seller service! Been trying to get my returns from CPT DC for over 2 months now and there has been excuse after excuse for why the goods are not ready yet. Latest is that they dont even bother to reply to my emails anymore! The phone also just rings and rings. I NEED TO COLLECT MY GOODS!
