They delivered toilet instead of a laptop

I ordered a laptop that was meant to be delivered on the 20th of June. They delivered toilet paper instead of a laptop. After a lot of calls, they finally confirmed that it was a mistake on their end but they are giving me issues when it comes to getting a refund. They have collected the toilet paper but they are not willing to confirm what the next steps are and they are not willing to give an ETA for resolving the matter
