They delivered the wrong item

I ordered a baby cot from Takealot and they delivered the wrong colour returned the item and I opted for a replacement they collected the item concluded the return only for them to bring back the same colour I returned they only changed the box and marked the correct colour on the box but the item is still wrong and I think they are doing this deliberately coz why don’t they open the product and verify if the colour is correct?
