They definitely Take A lot…of time to resolve return issues! They take a lot of your money and have no service to their consumers!!

So, I just want to give you an update on my last review of TAKEALOT. I returned a defective touch lamp on the 28th of March. I have sent countless emails asking for feedback on getting my replacement since I was charged for something that was damaged.

It’s now the 5th of May, over a month and I’m still waiting.

They don’t have an actual number to call for service, it’s all done on email.

I want to caution people that if you order something from this company, and it’s damaged upon delivery, you are on your own. The is no service to rate because you will not receive any. It’s despicable. Be warned.
