They declined my return

I purchased a carpet cleaner from Takealot, expecting a quality product, but it turned out to be faulty right from the start. The cleaner didn’t work as advertised, and it felt like a complete waste of money. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, the entire process was frustratingly slow and poorly managed. Instead of making things right quickly, they gave me the runaround, which only added to the stress of dealing with a defective item. I expected much better from such a large company.

Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to trust them for future purchases. Would not recommend if you’re looking for reliable customer service and hassle-free returns!
