They could not find my order. TWICE!

<p>Normally I speak very highly of Takealot, today is not that day!</p> <p>I placed the order the 1st of December, I marked it as collection. Received a notification on the 1st thats its ready for collection. Went through the 2nd at 19:30, after 20:10 that evening they told me that they are closing and I need to come back in the morning. I said thats fine please just have it ready the next morning.</p> <p>On Saturday the 3rd same thing happend, arrived shortly after 9 and 30mins later I phoned the helpline from the warehouse because they couldnt find the item.</p> <p>Asked that it be shipped to me on Monday, now its Monday and I needed to call takealot twice, leave a message for the agent and send 3emails.</p> <p>After the second time that I called, I just decided im going to explaine everything AGAIN to the agent.</p> <p>I was told that they have no estimated delivery date. Hence it being december(going on holiday) I decided to cancel the entire order and ask for a refund.</p> <p>This is probably THE worst service I have received from Takealot.</p> <p>Seriously not impressed guys. <br />Please be sure that this does not happen again.</p> <p>Sincerely, a not so loyal customer anymore.</p>
