They are refusing to refund me since November 2023

Take alot has been costing money calling every for my refund.

I thought an item and then returned it due to unsatisfactory factors.

The parcel was collected by the company Name called Courier It.

When I make an follow they stated that on their side the item was not collected of which it was collected.

I even gave the the name of the person who collected the item and his number

The investigation had been going since November 2023.

This is a bad company who make it the customers fault when they can't solve issues with their sub-constructors

Poor service, not help, no sympathy and no good service delivery
