They are a far cry from Amazon

lots of bad experiences. 1st one was my fault. I ordered something on special and instead of my address put takealots warehouse and then had to be refunded and reorder the item which was no longer on sale so had to pay more. They refused to just deliver it to my house. 2nd experience. I ordered something on sale and after about 10 days they cancelled the order and refunded me the money. Now the item is more expensive. 3rd experience is trying to buy 2 items on sale but could not as the discovery mile option was not working. Now the items are out of stock and about 20 per cent more.

Also if you go to contact us its hard to find their contact details and after talking to 2 people about my issues did not really get anywhere.
