These guys are so dof! theivery!!!

The reviews I am reading on HelloPeter re Takealot are similar to what I am experiencing. Purchased an item from them, it broke after 2 weeks, they then collected the broken item and will deliver the replacement in 3 weeks time ??? UMMMMMM WHAT? when I questioned this Nic Klaaste and Zinia Safidien told me so nonchalantly (as if I don't mater to them) this is just the way it is due to stock shortages or takeaolot stock being ordered from different suppliers, my stock item is coming from a different supplier so I must wait, but if I purchase today, it will come from another supplier hence I can have it today... WHAAAAAAAAAT exactly is going on there ?
