there was water on my street so the driver said he can't walk to my house I should come to the main road and i explained to him that i have a newborn baby I can't leave the house then he gave me an attitude asking how is that his problem ,then he sent someone who was with him to my house ,,, the person stood by the gate not knocking then I called asking if they went back with my parcel the driver said someone is at the gate,,, when I go out he's there when I ask why don't you enter and knock he said he doesn't enter people's yard ,,,I asked his name he refused then he left my parcel on the ground,,, I'm so disappointed with their service ,,,the attitude stinks
