There really, is no complaining about service, at Takealot, because, there SIMPLY IS NO SERVICE! I have ordered a few things online, and it firstly, got invoiced incorrectly, but I have managed to get, this corrected. My latest, order was sent to their, van Riebeeks, outlet, in Pàarl. However, the order cannot be tracked/tracked by the outlet, and so you have NO OTHER WAY TO FIND OUT WHERE THE ORDERS ARE, SIMPLE DUE TO THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE! So, in summary, you can order an item, from them online, but you cannot track it again!I will not recommend them to my worst enemy!
