There is still hope in takealot

<p>I phoned takealot multiple times and spoke to many consultants that wasnt able to sort my query out, each consultant give me different answers and wasnt very helpful at all, takealots call centre is pathetic i have to phone dozens of times and hope a consultant that knows their job answers and sorts my problem out, Thats why im taking this time to thank the small handfull of employees at takealot that actually do their job and go the extra mile to help clients, i would like to thank Marvin Wareley who sorted my query out within a few minutes where dozens of consultants failed at helping me he went the extra mile and assisted me, takealot needs to give him a raise or promote him for his outstanding work.</p>
