Their Delivery Service is PATHETIC
What a pathetic, rude and dishonest delivery service this company has. First they shout at my wife for not answering the door quick enough, mind you she has 2 babies that need constant attention. Also this delivery man has NO BRANDING, and didn't even have a car when he pitched up. After he drove away she saw a broken down vehicle also with no branding. <br> <br> On another order they sms me to say they will deliver the same day before 4pm to my work, i thought thats awesome because i was prepared to wait 2 days. 4pm comes. Nothing. My colleagues ordered the same item hours after i ordered it and theirs arrives. I contact takealot the next day and they call and email to say they will deliver before 3pm. again nothing. i contact them again. they call to say they going to deliver the next day because the delivery guy was there and could not get hold of me. WHAT A LIE!!!! our receptionists received all the orders including my colleagues, yet he says they could not drop it, but spoke to me 3 hours before this to say they on their way. i hate *****. i will never buy anything from them while they using this pathetic, rude and dishonest delivery service!
