Theft/beware of being hacked

Be careful. I returned an item as I purchased the wrong thing. They came and collected it, once processed they put the refund in my Takealot wallet and I was just going to then use it to purchase the correct version of the item I wanted. However before I even got the chance to spend my refund, my account was hacked and they purchased MTN vouchers using the entire amount I was refunded. I immediately changed my password when I saw this, I also immediately contacted Takealot on email and facebook. It took days to get a response and then all I got was that it was basically my fault as they assume I use the same password on other platforms so that's why I was hacked and it has nothing to do with them.

So they will not refund my money ****** and won't even do anything at all to help me and don't seem to feel bothered but how easily my account was hacked. And how coincidental it was that I was only hacked once the refund from them was placed in my Takealot wallet.
