Theft! Paying for products that I am not receiving!

Been a customer for years but I am DONE with Takealot. Ordered a few products. When I received my parcel, one item was not there. So I have paid for an item, but did not receive it! After almost three weeks of promises by Takealot, the product is still not delivered. Unfortunately, I have already ordered other items that should have reached me by the 16th of September. Still haven't received the order and it seems like it is not even shipped yet. Takealot is literally *****ing from me. I am paying for products that I am not receiving!
