Theft of returned goods internally at TakeALot now they refuse to payout my refund of R5499

TakeALot Staff Stole a returned item valued at R5499.00 now TakeALot punishing me by refusing to pay out my refund of R5499 since 2 November 2021. Return Ref MRRN-Z5M98-DNQ5

I call everyone day to their help centre and I keep being told we are escalate the issue and a manger will call you but since 2 November 2021 no one had called me with feedback.

The item I returned was a mobile phone A Redmi Note 10 Pro. I returned it within the stipulated time of logging a return.

The phone had been used for less than 5 days after noticing it’s overheating and shutting done unexpectedly.

TakeALot has not given me any reasons for not paying out my refund since 2 November 2021 and today is 20 November 2021 but I make call to them now n a daily basis to follow up on this issue.

I had email communication with the following people who promised to call me back with a resolve but they never called me back or email me back.

- [ ] Mariska.M (Takealot.com) - she said she would check with warehouse manger and revert but all follow up email to Mariska go without a response from her . - [ ] Sasha-Leigh.V (Takealot.com) - she promised to have my issue looked into and revert but like Mariska she won’t respond to my follow up emails. - [ ] Demi - I called and told her my issue and she cut off the phone when I called back she refused that I had spoke to her earlier one. - [ ] Divan.C (takealot.com) - I called him and he promised to help and I was certain he would revert but like everyone at TakeALot they never responded .

All I need is my money back R5499 is a lot of money which I can leave off honestly.
