Theft of my parcel components

Ordered a Reolink camera solar combo. The packaging comes in two boxes, the camera and the solar panel. The supplier tapes the two boxes together when shipping however when we received it the solar panel box was missing. I've tried reaching out to Takealot but it is so difficult to get hold of them. I happen to know the supplier and send him pictures of the missing solar panel. He didn't have to do it but was willing to send me a demo solar panel for the inconvenience caused and says this happens a lot with Takealot where the warehouse or internally there's theft. Super disappointing since I've always supported Takealot instead of Amazon because of local principles.
