Theft of my money by Takealot - No delivery of item but keeps my money

<p>Takealot deducted money from my account on 25 November 2016 and has not responsed to any of my queries/ correspondance thereafter. Takealot team then decided that I requested a return of the item (I did not request same) and will not provide me with a refund of my money or contact me back regarding delivery of my item.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed them c. 30 times in last few days but no one has repsonded.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have kept my money without any communication on if i will receive the item or by when. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I have experienced - there is just no customer service at all. Be careful when ordering items if you dont want to lose money.</p>
