Theft internal to Takealot and the client suffers

I purchased 2 pcs LED RGB Strips on takealot , fulfilled by INTERTECH.

When they arrive, i open the box and there were indeed 2 items in the box however on the one item the the led strip coil had been removed/missing. basically only a power supply and controller no led's. On trying to return the items they check them in as only 1 pcs not 2. which means now i take the loss on the 2nd piece.
