I purchased 30 headphones for my company. Most of them did not work correctly. The sound kept on going away and quantity of headphones was terrible. I sent them all back. They only refunded me for 28 and told me that was all they received.

I also returned Aux cables which one went missing. They refuse to refund me.

Either their drivers are removing things from the boxes or the wear house is *****ing? They refuse to help me.

I have asked for them to send me video footage of their warehouse opening the box where we can see the exact amount.

Next I was advice to open a ***** or ****** case at the police station as there are many costumers complaining about similar problems.

I'm also going to reach out to the public and make this more public as Takealot is not interested in resolving this problem.
