THEFT AND BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

Again, I called Takealot as the manager at the Customer Service Centre, Sarjana Sacoolyn, promised to give me a call at 10 to confirm that the driver will return the money that he stole from us before 12 today. After another two phone calls, leaving messages only to be told once that the manager is on lunch, then told by another agent that the manager is not in today, I called and insisted on speaking to Sarjana. She then informed me that she still has not spoken to the delivery branch, and then called them. All promises, and no delivery. This is THEFT!!!
