Theft

Did an order last week and noticed the tracking had changed the address . Phoned immediately and was reassured it was corrected. Today get a call from a courier asking if we are at home in Jeffrey's Bay. Theo only problem is we are in Cape Town and the address we gave is in Cape Town. Even the call centre at first said the parcel in in cap town . Then acknowleged the the Courier had decided to deliver to Jeffreys Bay. Is It ***** to ***** the product ( R5000 TV)?
