Theft

I purchased goods to the value of R787.00 on the 20th February. Goods were delivered on the 23rd February. An item of R449.00 was returned and collected on the 26th February. I received an sms that someone will call me wrg to my refund, When I went online on their site today, I saw in my account that they claim to have made payment into my credit card account on the 27th. I called the bank this morning to find out if any refund is reflecting in my account and was advised that no refund has been paid into any of my accounts. Take a lot does not even have my banking details yet they claim to have refunded me. I implore that my R449.00 be paid into my account before COB today to the account details I sent them via email this morning. Failing to do so will result in me reserving my rights.
