Theft

I had purchased a hob that I requested to be returned. Delivery people picked up the hob and 2 other items that were not supposed to be taken. After several calls only one of my items were returned and I have been making daily calls to confirm the whereabouts of my missing item but to no avail. Take a lot your staff are disrespectful and cut calls. Apparently they are not allowed to give their managers surnames? If you don't want to return my oven please refund me what I paid for it because I am sick and tired of your unprofessional behavior!!!!!!!
