Theeee most useless and *********** company ever!!!

I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life, I have never received such bad customer and after sales "support", days without communication and feedback, multiple people and escalations to achieve nothing, empty promises and just plain useless.

Never buying anything from takealot ever again.
