The Worst Services Ever!!!

On the 4 December 2019, I placed an order as COD and was informed that the delivery would be made by the 17 December. Given that I had a credit of R129, I made used this. I then get an sms on the 12th saying that the delivery would be made that same day. Whilst this was inconvenient, I nonetheless was pleased that the parcel would arrive early however since then I have received several sms's , daily saying that the order would be delivered but to date nothing has ever arrived. A takeallot driver called me saying he was on his way to my place but never arrived and when I called him back he said that he simply gave the parcel to someone else to deliver. Out of absolute disgust and frustration, I cancelled the order online on the 23 December only to receive several sms's saying that the parcel would be collected from me - A parcel was never delivered - There's nothing to collect! Worst of all my account on takeallot says that the parcel was delivered and signed by me. Given that its COD - I found this particularly offensive. on top of that the credit I had of R129 was also taken and never reimbursed.
