The worst service on refund EVER

Takealot | Return Credited | RRN-261d-8e2a I ordered 2 copper chef sets (3 per set) and only received 1 pan. I logged a return woth refund and for the f of me at the 18th of Dec still have not received my refund. Haseem was the last one I sent my banking detsils to who advised the refund would take 5 to 7 working days. Upon asking for feedback an *********** consultant (clearly 1 of the 8 i have had to deal with) told me that no refund was logged as my order payment method was COD. Yes you idiots, im aware.. which is why i sent my banking details 3 TIMES!!!!! You are so easy to take money but with refunding you are useless. I better get a f answer soon.
