The worst service on earth. Could not deliver my product and cannot even process my refund

I ordered a sound system (order# ********** 8) on 27 November 2017, I was promised delivery for 6 Dec, the delivery was not honoured and received the SMS the next day that it has been rescheduled, for that day (7 Dec) before 5 pm, still, no delivery was made. I was not notified when it will be delivered and no correspondence from them. I then received the mail that my order was delivered (obviously not to me), upon my query I was then told it was an error and they are investigating. I have requested my payment back, I was promised that I will get it in 3-5 working days (the mail was sent on 30 Dec), to date its the 8th working day since the mail, and my money has not been paid back. Maybe when I expose their shenanigans onthe public platforms they sill start to treat me like a customer, I have been patient with them since 7 Dec, and im surely not being taken serious because they have my money and don't care. I NEED MY MONEY BACK, I LEARNT MY LESSON NOW, WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!!!
