The worst service I've ever received. Will definately never buy from Takealot again.

I bought a Enzo rotating hair brush from them it said a bag would be included. When I received my order the brush only rotates when it's not in my hair I immediately booked a return now they're telling me a bag is missing firstly the little paper bag that was in there was the size of bag u can put a ring box in, which I made sure I returned, I wanted to be refunded, now I'm receiving emails saying this little paper bag is missing and they will return a thing that's not working, not even offering to fix or replace it. How disappointing!
