The worst service i have ever received from an online platform

In the past i have used takealot and have had no problems but now recently i have have had endless problems. They do not answer their phones as they are working from home so i emailed them 6 times already to find out what has happened to my delivery which according to them i was supposed to receive on the 12th May it is now the 28th and after each email i get told the same thing that they will refer it to the correct department and get back to me. So far i have not heard from anyone and i still don't have my parcel and the sad thing is i also have another order that I am waiting to arrive. I know it is Covid 19 but you would expect that at least someone after 6 emails would phone or email you with some information but alas nothing from them at all.
