The worst service from takealot

Takealot have the worst service ever lately they have a tendency of saying that the parcel was sent to the wrong location,and I fail to understand why because on the customer there is the correct address.so I feel it’s either they take peoples money for something they don’t have in stock and they keep on giving same excuses until they cancel your order which I find very annoying cos the same thing happened to me last week when I ordered milk for my baby I ended up going and get at the shops cos my baby run out of milk
