The worst service ever !!! ******* and ***** !!!!

Takealot has terrible service. They advertise Saturday delivery for an extra R100. I pay the R100 and then they fail to deliver my parcel on Saturday or Sunday and don't refund my money. They are both ****** and terrible at their delivery service !
