The worst service ever

I first placed an order with takealot on Saturday the 16th of March 2024, upon which my account was blocked because there was suspected *****. It took them a good 2 weeks to sort the problem out, as if that was not enough, I then ordered again on the 26th of March, and was told that I would receive my order by the 4th of April. This morning 3rd April, I received a message that I would get my order before 5pm, only for the driver to call me and tell me that he took my order to Pretoria instead of Protea Glen, Soweto. The said driver also informed me that he will not be coming to Soweto and that my order will be taken back to the hub and delivered whenever they decide to deliver it. This in my opinion, is completely unacceptable. I am thoroughly and utterly disappointed by the service received from takealot and have no intentions of ordering again in future.
