The worst service ever

Ordered food at mythos mall of the south with mr.d food (a takealot geoup company) them through my husbands profile on their app (Vuyo Myoli), firstly the food arrived late and now the milkshake i ordered spilled on my steak...i called the customer centre and im being told theres nothing they can do they gonna have to refund me but my refund is not gonna be immediate, its going for 10pm and the restaurants on their app are closed and now im not even vetting my money to go buy food...where am i suppose to get food at 10pm at night and not olny that i dont have my money to buy food because they didnt give me my money back...they not even going to rwpay the bank charges too as i paid with my card...im 9 months pregnant how am i to drive to go get food and with which money because they wont give me my money immediately...so im being told i must eat refund for dinner?! Im really not impressed with theor service...the consultant calls me bacl to inform me they wont tell me "what i want to hear" when i tell them they not giving me a solution...and now they decided they not gonna talk to me and they keep sending from pillar to post and no one is calling me back with regards to my order...im really fuming
