THE WORST!! ********!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Honestly for a big company like this you guys are a disappointment and a disgrace, ******** even.

In May I purchased a charger and it was delivered, 3 days after I received the item I saw that it was defaulted. I logged a return claim which they confirmed that the collection will be done on the 27th of May. Literally everyday I receive SMSs confirming collection of the item everyday.

I started enquiring about the return via email which everytime I follow up or enquire the ****** company refers me to a different agent. After a month of the back and forth with them they sent me an email to say they received my return order but I must note that it's not within their return policy which is 30 days, like excuse me??

Is this how you treat your customers?? Initially I want the item returned but now I want my money back because on top of the money I spent purchasing your defaulterd item I had to buy a new item.

I'll never ever purchase anything from you guys again, not even my family will ever purchase from you again cause honestly this is such an inconvenience and selfishness. It will probably not even dent your business but at least I'll sleep peacefully knowing I'll never be ****med by you guys again nor my family for that matter.
