The worst online platform = Takealot

Good day

I placed a order on the 22nd Feb Order #***.

It's been 12 days after there was a delay and I still don't have my order. Each week it gets pushed. New date was 4th which was then pushed to today.

I have had zero assistance from your customer service agents. The ones on Facebook flat out ignore me.

I am highly irritated and very disappointed in takelots service and attitude towards this issue at hand.

I have since halted all my purchases until a resolve has been met.

I would appreciate if this could be dealt with and given the attention it needs.
