The worst experience ever.

on the 25 may i placed an order for huggies nr 5 108x2. it was on sale for R299. I bought two packets R299x2= R597.00. The monday Verna advised that my parcel was missing. They did a replacement order of which i waited for an entire week. I collected my order only to check that i only received one mega pack of nappies of 108. I am still due another pack of 108 nappies. Its terrible service. i called this morning and spoke to melissa. she was suppose to call me in an hour but im still waiting. My order number ********** 3. I want my packet of nappies. i paid in time. and this is how takealot messes up. My ctc number ********** 640
