The worst delivery experience

I am having the worst experience with take a lot. They cant seem to deliver my parcels. Every day i get messages that i will get my parcel that day but by the end of the day my parcel has been delayed because it was delivered to the wrong addresa. I understood that the first time but my parcels have been delayed and delivered at the wrong address five times in total. The consultants designated to my case all give me an automated statement i believe, that they are re-routing my parcel but till today i haven't received my parcels that i paid for. I have honestly had enough with take a lot. This is the address i use for all my online shopping but i have never had issues with any deliveries. Even Superbalist delivers to my address frequently which is under take a lot group but such a big company like take a lot cant get my parcel delivered. Im so annoyed honestly m just waiting for thisnissue to be resolved so i can delete their stupid app on my phone.
