The worst customer service!

This is the worst company I've had to deal with and this is an on going issue, I ordered a refrigerator along with pills and a serum . Firstly the order was delayed which I understood when the order arrived it was incomplete only the pills and serum were delivered. I contacted them and the first question the agent asked me is what type of vehicle delivered the order as if that would make a difference to the fact that the fridge wasn't delivered. The agent told me that he will get back to me in an hour which didn't happen. I sent a email and the agent told me that they will check with the delivery company ,the following day a different agent rep**** saying that the order is marked as delivered and the following email I received is for me to rate the service . Why I am rating the service when I still have not received the most expensive item in my order ? In September 2022 I placed an order and the incorrect order was delivered it took over a month for the issue to resolved after having an agent tell me that the manager was to busy to speak to me as he was attending to more important issues. I would definitely wouldn't recommend you shop on takealot.com
